Manhattan Lodgings Booking Procedures: First check availability via our online form, or by phone. Not all apartments are available and Hosts need to be contacted to confirm availability. Prices are subject to change. Once we have confirmed the availability of your chosen apartment, we will need some information from you to make the reservation. We will require a credit card, either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express to hold the booking. A deposit of 26.5% of the total amount of the booking is charged to the credit card immediately to guarantee the reservation. The balance remaining is due upon arrival in United States Dollars in the form of Cash, Money Order, or Traveler’s Checks. We also require the following information (if not already provided via our Availability Form) to reserve your apartment:
To request a reservation, you may send the information above by email to: info@manhattanlodgings.com, or you may fax the information to (212) 353-3078. Additionally you may phone us at (212) 677-7616 Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. Once we have all your information we will fax you a confirmation sheet, which contains the precise address of the apartment, the owner/ host’s name, and telephone number. You must sign the confirmation sheet and credit card receipt. Then just fax it back to us to finalize the reservation. We advise that you contact the owner/ host a few days before you are scheduled to arrive to confirm your precise arrival time, so they can arrange to meet you to give you the keys and obtain the balance due. |
