· EAST 14TH STREET between University and Fifth Avenue This is a wonderfully comfortable and quiet apartment in a high-rise doorman building. It’s on the fourteenth floor and has magnificent views of New York’s skyline. There is a terrace, which runs the length of the apartment, where on a warm sunny day you could have your meals and enjoy the panorama of Manhattan. The kitchen is directly on the left as you enter the apartment. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and lots of counter space. The seating area, which is by the window, has a coffee table and two couches--one is a full size sofa bed--which can accommodate one person. There is a glass door leading out to the terrace. In addition to the stereo, there is cable TV, a VCR, and a DVD player. There is a wooden dining table with chairs. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, a handsome bureau and plenty of closet space. The bathroom is off the bedroom and has a tub/shower, with a sliding glass door. From this location you have access to the Village, to Chelsea, to the wonderful green market in Union Square, and to some of Manhattan’s best restaurants. GREENWICH VILLAGE/NEAR SOHO This apartment is located on one of the nicest section
of MacDougal Street. It’s
in ‘Old Greenwich
Village’ and near the start of SOHO.
The building is an older, walk-up building with a double locked
door buzzer system. The apartment is on the fifth floor - but a low impact
walk-up. It has high
ceilings, hardwood floors, and air conditioning.
This is a sunny apartment on a very quiet street that represents a
slice of what Village bohemian experience is like.
You enter a windowed eat-in kitchen, which is equipped
with full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, gas stove/oven,
coffeemaker, microwave and toaster oven, small table and two chairs.

GREENWICH VILLAGE - NEAR BLEECKER STREET This is a "special" quaint landmark block in the heart of Greenwich Village. The building has a locked buzzer system and your room is on the first floor, faces back, and is very quiet. As you come into upon your door, there is a wonderful piece of artwork at the entrance. The room itself is a small room, with hardwood floors, approximately 11 x 15 and comfortably furnished. You have your own private entrance. The room is equipped with a Queens size bed, Sisal area carpet, a small table and 2 chairs, 13" Cable TV, a radio/cassette alarm clock, one reading chair and one small armoire. It is very simply and nicely furnished. There is also a phone/answering machine, coffeemaker, A/C and small frig in the bathroom closet. The private bathroom comes with bathtub, shower and two bathrobes are included with fresh towels. The laundry facilities are within walking distance. The steeple from Holy Redeemer Church is a prominent feature as you gaze east out the windows onto Avenue B.

It is approximately 1100 sq. ft. with all hardwood floors and high ceilings. As you enter this apartment, you are in the dining area. FOURTH AVENUE - Teens This one bedroom apartment is located in low-rise building with a doorman. This building, which is a block front between 10th and 11th Streets, is only 6 stories high. It was built in the 1940's. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, facing the Fourth Avenue. Fourth Avenue is a relatively untraveled avenue. The apartment is small, pristine and comfortable. It is sparsely, but comfortably and attractively furnished. There is a new, small, fully equipped kitchen in a corner of the living room. There is a new full, excellent bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room has a small settee and a double bed futon. The wooden floors are highly polished. The Astor Place subway station is two streets away. The 14th Street (Union Square area) is three streets away. You are close to all subway lines, to all movie theaters, to many, many restaurants, to the East Village and West Village. · BOWERY Off Spring - Near Little Italy This spacious and unique 2,000 square foot floor thought loft style apartment is on a low floor of a walk-up building in one of the hottest neighbor of Manhattan. It is sunny and quiet with high-beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and oversized fireplace mantles. Beautiful brick walls surround the living space, which has many built-ins, air conditioning, and a separate private terrace. The décor is eclectic, with a mix of contemporary furniture, antiques, and artwork. The large open L-shaped living room/dining room has very comfortable oversized sofa, three comfortable side chairs, coffee table, two end table with lamp on top of them and framed mirror behind the sofa. The rest of the room has a large framed mirror hanging over an large fireplace mantle, office area with desk and chair, cabinet, a small freestanding bookcase, a long build-in bookcase is below the perimeter of the window, and a beautiful cabinet housing the stereo with C/D player. Also, in this side of the loft is a circular staircase leading to a long balcony sleeping area, overlooking the living room. The sleeping loft has a king size bed, night stand, a large cable TV/VCR, a settee of two, wardrobe, bureau with large lamp on top of it, another desk and chair, and many fans. The other end of the living area had a large rectangular dining room table and four matching chairs and a wing chair. There is an equipped open windowed, kitchen with a mud color counter top, stainless steel sink, large industrial looking gas range/oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, but no dishwasher, side by side door refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, a small TV, and a washer and dryer. The-fully equipped bathroom has a white vanity, an antique claw feet bathtub, a separate shower, and another fireplace mantle. And finally, from the large lead to spacious private outdoor deck, prefect for summer drinks and dinners, and views of lower Manhattan. It has barbeque area, an outside table, chairs, and a sundeck. The neighborhood is wonderful and very centrally located. You are close to SOHO, The East Village, NOHO, and Chinatown. The area is colorful and the apartment is truly a New York experience that you don't want to end! Wall Street, The World Financial and Midtown are minutes away by subway. · WEST HOUSTON Between Sixth and Seventh Avenues This is a large one bedroom apartment is very quiet and faces the back of the building in a locked buzzer system elevator building located in a terrific area. There is also building use of a backyard. This apartment gives a feeling of spaciousness with high ceilings, hardwood floors, a mix of antiques and wicker style furniture in a country-Victorian style. It is very cozy and comfortable. As you enter a small hallway, to the left is an expandable dining table which is right next to a fully equipped spacious kitchen with dishwasher and everything you will need for your comforts. The living room is large with cable TV/VCR/stereo/A/C, phone and answering machine.
