Venture west and in less than ten minutes you are at the Hudson River Park, with its river-side esplanade leading south to the Financial District and boat basin. Bleecker Street's wonderful Italian pastries and food stores are two blocks away.  Carmine Street, just around the corner, has at least
ten ethnic restaurants.  You can walk up Hudson Street and be in the West Village, with all its wonderful antique stores and boutiques. Or you can walk south for 5 minutes and experience Soho with its many art galleries and exclusive shops. The newly developing, and fast growing, Tribeca area is also only a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

This 2-bedroom apartment is located in a small building with a locked buzzer system and is a 2nd floor walk-up. There is help with your luggage. What is wonderful about this apartment is that is has a large deck with tables and chairs, trees, and planters right off the kitchen area. It is quite lovely when in bloom for the Spring. Upon entering a small hallway there are two doors - both bedrooms. The windowed master bedroom is quite large with a platform bed - Queen size futon mattress, a non-working fireplace in front of the bed, dresser and comfortable side-chair and a TV. The small bedroom has a double size with dresser, night table and lamp and a TV. There are only 2 closets in this apartment and 1 fully equipped bathroom which has two doors - one leads to the master bedroom and the other door to the living room area. The living room is large with a full size sofa bed, two chairs, a non-working fireplace, and a small dining table. It is very spacious with cable TV.
