This one bedroom apartment is located in the middle of it all.  Close to Central Park...and located very close to Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall.  The West 57th Street Boutique corridor, and within walking distance the Theatre District.  This  is an older building and not very attractive...in need of renovation but the apartment is quite nice....and of good value. Being on 9th Avenue, if you want something very quiet, then this is not the apartment for you.
