A housekeeper cleans this room twice weekly. All local phone calls are included in the price.

The apartment is comfortable and attractive with high ceilings, overlooks the kitchen to the right of the doorway hidden by louver doors and across the hallway is a living room and a bedroom. The living room has a working fireplace, leather queen sofa bed, two leather Ralph Lauren side chairs, a small dining table and two chairs on either side of the fireplace, parquet floors and carpeting. There is a stereo, wall unit and phone in this room. It is stylish and immaculate. The bedroom is small with a full size sleep sofa, desk and bookcase. There is closet/shelf space but no dresser.
