This pretty old brownstone building is located very close to Central Park (Central Park West). It is between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. This is the upper Westside of Manhattan. There are 3 rental apartments available. They are all fully equipped-full kitchens with all appliances. The apartments are immaculate and comfortable. They are all simply furnished, but very pleasant. West 88th Street is a beautiful street of charming, old, landmark townhouses. This upper Westside neighborhood is convenient and excellent. Transportation: West 86th Street subway is on Broadway. There is a West 86th Street and West 92nd Street cross-town bus. There is a Broadway, Columbus Avenue, Amsterdam Avenue, and Central Park West bus line.
